Ajay Devgn and Ileana D’Cruz’s ‘Raid’ released in 2018 and went on to become a hit crime thriller. No wonder then the makers are now coming up with its sequel, ‘Raid 2’. This time around Vaani Kapoor is in the mix. Vaani has joined the cast in ‘Raid 2’ even though it is not yet clear if she will reprise the same role that Ileana portrayed alongside Ajay. ‘Raid 2’ has gone on the floors on January 6th 2024 in Mumbai and will be shot in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan apart from the financial capital of India. The team of Ajay Devgn and Vaani Kapoor will work under the directorship of Rajkumar Gupta with producer Bhushan Kumar. ‘Raid 2’ is supposed to release theatrically on November 15th 2024.
