Vivek Oberoi’s Mumbai residence has been searched by cops as his brother-in-law, Aditya Alva’s name has been dragged into an ongoing drugs case. According to reports, Vivek’s house was searched by Crime Branch officials in connection to the Kannada film industry’s drugs case that allegedly names Aditya’s involvement. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has reportedly conducted a raid at Aditya Alva’s Bengaluru residence while he is absconding. This Sandalwood drug racket was reportedly exposed by Kannada filmmaker Indrajit Lankesh and till now, the NCB has raided several places in search of proof. Vivek Oberoi is married to Aditya’s sister Priyanka Alva. They tied the knot in 2010 and are parents to two kids – Vivaan Veer and Ameyaa Nirvana.
