Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, ‘Zero’, is to release on December 21. Coming on the same date is Anupam Kher’s intense drama, ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’. The latter, which is a political and biographical film, is on a memoir The Making And Unmaking of Manmohan Singh, by policy analyst Sanjaya Baru. Kher is winning accolades for his striking resemblance to India’s former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Shah Rukh is also praised for his dwarf act, directed by Aanand L Rai. ‘Zero’, though, is said to have mass appeal and has an edge over the intense political saga ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’.
