Sunny Deol’s attempt at direction, ‘Ghayal Once Again’ failed miserably at the Box Office. Not losing hope, the macho-man of the 1980s and ’90s has taken the reins of his son Karan Deol’s debut in Bollywood in his own hands. Rumors are rife that Sunny wanted to pair up Karan with Amrita Singh-Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Khan, in what would be a recreation of Sunny-Amrita’s ‘Betaab’ romance. However filmmaker Karan Johar has signed up Sara in an exclusive contract for her debut and hence Amrita Singh had to turn down Sunny Deol’s offer. Meaning there would be no Sara Khan in Karan Deol’s debut.
