Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is best known for his 2006 patriotic directorial venture ‘Rang De Basanti’. Buzz is that the filmmaker is now planning to produce another film on similar lines. Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has finalized a fresh script which will be a step ahead of the earlier Aamir Khan starrer. The script is in its final stage and the film may go on the floors by early 2017. However, it remains to be seen if Aamir Khan too will be a part of this venture. In the meantime Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra will be completing work on ‘Mirzya’ which launches Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor. ‘Mirzya’ will release on October 7 this year.
