The news of Kangana Ranaut doing Anurag Basu’s latest Bollywood film ‘Imli’ trickled in last year, with Rajkummar Rao playing the lead opposite the powerhouse actress. As it would have had it, Kangana has opted out of the project, hitting headlines everywhere! The reason behind her quitting the film is said to be nothing else more than the date issues. While gossip mongers cooked up various stories of why she left the film, some reports now suggest that thanks to her biopic, which she will direct in all probability, Kangana’s date diary is full. Her commitments towards other films, J Jayalalithaa’s biopic, ‘Panga’ and ‘Mental Hai Kya’, are also keeping her busy. With so many flicks to work in, she has had to let go of ‘Imli’.
