Shoojit Sircar has managed a casting coup of sorts as he brings together two acting aces, Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana, in the same frame. Title ‘Gulabo Sitabo’, the film will be helmed by Shoojit and will be written by Juhi Chaturvedi, who has previously penned the script for films like ‘Vicky Donor’ and ‘October’. Excited duo Amitabh and Ayushmann have already worked their dates out for this quirky project, whose name is inspired from papier-mâché glove puppets, that are popular in Uttar Pradesh. ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ will go on the floors next month and the team is planning to release the film in November this year.
