Amitabh Bachchan has signed up to play a pivotal role in Prabhas and Deepika Padukone’s next, which will be directed by Nag Ashwin. The makers announced Big B’s inclusion in the cast with a social media post, while keeping details about the veteran actor’s character under wraps. “How can we try to make a legendary film without a legend? Welcoming with a full heart, the pride of a billion Indians. The, Amitabh Bachchan. Our journey just got BIG-ger!” the team revealed. Sharing posters from the yet untitled film, Amitabh Bachchan in return expressed, “An honour and a privilege to be a part of this momentous and most ambitious venture.” The film was announced in July 2020, with Deepika marking her debut in Telugu films.
