Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Dear Zindagi’ hit the screens on November 25 and collected Rs 8.75 crore on day one. The film went on to make Rs 32.50 crore at the end of its first weekend. Vidya Balan’s ‘Kahaani 2’ hit the screens last Friday but ‘Dear Zindagi’ is facing little competition from the thriller. The shows of ‘Dear Zindagi’ recorded a considerable growth and the film collected Rs 52.75 crore at the end of nine days. Shah Rukh Khan is obviously joyous, “I am very happy that it has turned out well. I was very scared that standing up to their expectations. I am very happy that I could.”
