The first track from the horror-comedy ‘Stree 2’, featuring Tamannaah Bhatia was unveiled on July 24th sparking diverse reactions among fans on social media. While many praised the actress’ captivating screen presence and dance moves in the number ‘Aaj Ki Raat’, others drew comparisons to Nora Fatehi’s iconic number ‘Kamariya’ from ‘Stree’ (2018). The song begins with Tamannaah preparing for her stage performance watched intently by Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee. Initially set to a slow qawwali rhythm, the song gradually picks up pace drawing in Rajkummar, Pankaj, Aparshakti, and Abhishek, all mesmerized by the unfolding spectacle. Tamannaah and production house Maddock Films, under which the film is made, jointly shared the song on Instagram with the caption, “‘‘Aaj Ki Raat’ hogi tabaahi ki raat!’”
