Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan is gradually making inroads into the film industry. The star son wants to live up to his family name in terms of his acting career and is working hard on his debut film titled ‘Maharaj’. After wrapping up a marathon 50-day schedule in Japan, Junaid is now continuing to shoot in Mumbai for this Netflix release. A source close to the production informs, “After wrapping-up the extensive schedule in Japan, Junaid and some members of the ‘Maharaj’ team have come back to Mumbai and the former has already started shooting for the next schedule.” Before embarking upon his film journey, Junaid was said to be associated with theatre. As for ‘Maharaj’, the project is directed by Siddharth P Malhotra and is produced by Aditya Chopra and Yash Raj Films.
