Sanjay Leela Bhansali is finally close to releasing his magnum opus, ‘Bajirao Mastani’. Apparently, the filmmaker wanted to cast Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the lead ‘jodi’ in the film, which now stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Priyanka Chopra, who has a vital role in the film said, “No one can play Bajirao-Mastani better than Ranveer and Deepika. I have also left several films in my career, and did some which were supposed to star others. In the end, the movie belongs to the person whose name appears in the credits. It has taken 12 years to make ‘Bajirao Mastani’.”
