Rajinikanth has taken off to the US to be with his family. The famed actor is currently working on his next big project ‘2.0’, which is a sequel to his 2010 release ‘Robot’. In this film, Rajinikanth will reprise the role of Dr Vaseegaran and Chitti, while Akshay Kumar will play the baddie opposite him. Rajinikanth is yet to complete the shooting of ‘2.0’, which is scheduled to release sometime in 2017. Once back Rajini will resume shooting for this sci-fi movie directed by Shankar. The superstar is also awaiting the release of his another biggie, ‘Kabali’, wherein he plays the role of an ageing gangster.
