After having delivered a blockbuster like ‘Simmba’, Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty announced their second venture, ‘Cirkus’ with much fanfare. The promising entertainer went on the floors this week. Ranveer, along with Pooja Hegde, Varun Sharma and Murli Sharma started shooting at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai. ‘Cirkus’ will be Rohit Shetty’s take on Shakespeare’s ‘Comedy of Errors’. The film was rumoured to be a remake of 1982 classic ‘Angoor’, which starred Sanjeev Kumar, Moushumi Chatterjee and Deven Varma. Rohit Shetty reportedly plans to wrap the shoot of this film by February 2021. ‘Cirkus’ also features Jacqueline Fernandez but the actress will join them later as she is currently in Dharamshala, shooting for ‘Bhoot Police’ with Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor.
