Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently revealed that she is suffering from an autoimmune disease called myositis in which the muscles become weak and aching. This rare condition only worsens with time. Having shared the news on social media, many thought that the actress will now take up less work or will drop out of some of her upcoming projects, one such being ‘Citadel’. The spy series is directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK and features Varun Dhawan. But as it turns out, this was just speculation. As per a source, “Anything and everything written about Samantha being replaced in ‘Citadel’ is rubbish. She will begin the shoot in the second half of January,” giving insight into the project that ‘The Family Man 2’ actress is about to start the new series. Apart from ‘Citadel’, Samantha has ‘Shaakuntalam’ and ‘Kushi’ coming up.
