One of the most popular veteran actors of the film industry, Dilip Kumar is bestowed with the prestigious Padma Vibhushan award by Union Home Minister, Rajnath Singh. The actor apparently got emotional while receiving the second-highest civilian award. “Dilip Saab is very quiet about himself. He has always been underplaying it. He is very happy, he smiled, he was a bit teary. But more than that he did not express anything else. He does not give importance to materialistic things. He is very emotional, sensitive and very happy,” revealed a proud wife, Saira Banu.
